A living history event.

Held every year at Kingsley Plantation, this living history event is spread across two weekends.

On February 15, Kingsley Plantation will be joined by Kingsley descendant Dr. Johnnetta Cole and the Geechee Gullah Ring Shouters. Dr. Cole has been an anthropologist, an educator, and director of the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art.

On February 22, re-enactors will portray an interactive living history timeline.The National Park Service cordially invites you to the Kingsley Heritage Celebration. Please join us in remembering and celebrating the rich history of Kingsley Plantation and the many people who helped shape it.
