Spark Fundamentals Certification
Spark Framework
Spark Fundamentals Certification
Spark incorporates design thinking, emotional intelligence, and Gestalt psychology into a problem-solving framework that helps teams work.
Tickets On Sale

This one-day training is a foundational introduction to the tenets of the Spark Framework -- a way for humans to come together in teams and get things done.

If solving problems were about managing and completing tasks, war and famine would be relics of the past. Humans are complicated and challenging creatures with exponential potential to solve problems when they're properly aligned, or create problems when there's conflict.

Learning objectives

  • Apply the Spark Framework to your daily work
  • Experience how the Spark Framework can strengthen teams
  • Articulate the five steps of the Spark Framework

Additional information

Please note that this is an experiential one-day workshop, where participants are expected to actively work together to solve problems, observe their experiences, and discuss the process. This is not a classroom-style, didactic experience for the passive observer.

Please come with a clear calendar and a curious mind, ready to create and work with the team of other participants.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a Spark Fundamentals certificate as well as an (optional) LinkedIn certification credential.
