We are thrilled to announce our 2025 FinFest Chairs: Marc Grosse & Lisa Ross! Their energy and passion for Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center is truly inspiring.  

Marc brings a wealth of experience as the former Director of Development for national organizations like March of Dimes and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and after attending FinFest 2024, he immediately understood the dedication required to make it a success. 

Lisa, a former educator at Title 1 schools, has seen the critical importance of early intervention for speech and language development. Their personal connection to Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center runs deep: their daughter, Madison, began speech therapy at just 2 ½ years old, and today she proudly works as an SLP-A in our N. Davis clinic. Madison’s passion for her work at Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center inspires Marc and Lisa as they now give back through their leadership.
