Fundraiser fun event: Swim and run race for all ages and all abilities.
A unique community event hosted by SwimRise Aquatics and WeRise Foundation to support their mission for more inclusive sports specifically for those with different abilities. The ‘Aquathlon for All’ is a swim and run race for all ages and abilities taking place at the UNF pool and track.
Think triathlons without the biking.
Partner up with your favorite person or do it on your own—you chose. Also—you can chose your event —you can do the swim and run, just run or one of you can swim and one of you do the run—again, you chose whatever makes you happy.
They are providing accommodations and buddies to differently abled athletes as needed and even have some para-triathlete medalists coming as well.
